At Beau Ties of Vermont, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted accessories. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once received at our Vermont studio, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
